I need to buy 2 24 inch wall  convection ovens to replace my Gaggenaus which are installed under the counters

You will need to have whomever is doing the install measure the cutout, because that can vary. Typically, you'd replace a Gaggenau with another Gaggenau because they tend to have the most consistent dimensions over the years. But the cutout needs to be measured first so you have the exact measurements.

I need to replace a single Dacor wall oven and Sharp convection microwave/ louvered trim kit which sit one on top of the other.
Budget $5000 - hopefully less
Would you advise to:1) keep the same configuration of micro with trim kit and oven;
2) built in micro and oven from the same manufacturer (2 separate units) or 3) single unit with 2 components?  My concern with this is that since they share one control board if one unit breaks you will have to replace the entire unit.  That being said, I have looked at the Bosch 30 inch Speed oven and Jennair Multi Mode Convection.  Your thoughts?  Any information on these products would be greatly appreciated.  I am also open to other brands that I may not have previously considered.
